Our shipping policy and rates include flat rate shipping for several International locations!

We ship via USPS (1st Class or Priority Mail). Please see the following chart for a breakdown on rates per location:

 

Shipping Policy

Please note that Kitterly is not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail.

Insurance on packages:

Insurance is not included in shipping costs and Kitterly is not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail.   Please contact us if you would like to arrange to add insurance to your shipping.

It is critical that your email is correct on your account information, in the event of any questions that could come regarding your order we will be able easily reach you.  We want to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.  

Timing on Shipments

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, which is usually within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your order as long as it is in stock.  If your order was placed on a Friday after 1 pm pst, it will be processed on the following Monday.  

Telephone Orders:

Kitterly does not take orders over the telephone.  

Sales Tax:

We charge sales tax for orders shipped to a California address.

All inquiries into lost orders must be made wtithin 30 days of order date. We ship via USPS, and we cannot make an inquiry or claim if the order was shipped more than 30 days from the date of inquiry
